Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Greene Resources. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating service contracts and bids, responding to commercial property repair requests, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update electronic files of service contracts and bids
- Respond to commercial property repair requests from tenants, leasing agents, inspections, and vendors in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Inspect properties and review quarterly reports to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate daily work with Maintenance Technicians to ensure seamless operations
- Approve and prepare maintenance work orders, ensuring proper dispatch and follow-up
- Review weekly batches of work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain vendor data and correspond with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate services with outside vendors for projects and initiatives
