Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field
  • Four years of paid experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor or similar experience in vocational counseling, job placement, or vocational assessment
  • Current certification as a rehabilitation counselor by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) or a Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, counseling, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
