GROWMARK FS LLC is seeking a skilled Seasonal CDL Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up agronomy and energy products in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a single, tandem, or multi-axle configuration truck for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and/or energy products following specified time schedules.
- Perform daily safety checks of assigned vehicle(s) and associated equipment, including pre-trip inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials and products safely on trucks, trailers, or railcars.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are made in accordance with time schedules and promote superior customer service and professionalism within the company and industry.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including accurate logbooks, records of cargo, and other assigned record-keeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and 2 years or more of related work experience.
- CDL license with required endorsements (tanker) and any other applicable certification, license, or permit.
- Ability to operate single, tandem, and multi-axle vehicles.
- Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
Occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions, noisy conditions, and working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
