Key Responsibilities

· Execute essential cleaning tasks such as changing linens, organizing towels, replenishing toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging rooms post-checkout.

· Identify and return any personal items left behind by guests during service.

· Notify supervisors of any damages observed in public areas.

· Sanitize and properly store all cleaning equipment at the conclusion of your shift.

· Foster positive interactions with both staff and guests.

· Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and report shortages.

· Address housekeeping issues promptly, including spills and broken items.

· Collect and dispose of waste and debris effectively.

· Assist in laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens.

· Document and manage all lost and found items appropriately.

· Clean upholstered furnishings as needed.

· Conduct thorough deep cleaning tasks when required.
