Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of maintenance work orders
  • Conducting preventive maintenance and keeping accurate records
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues
  • Managing inventory levels effectively
  • Communicating efficiently with Operations Teams regarding work orders
  • Identifying and addressing building maintenance needs proactively
  • Performing plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Maintaining weekly supply inventory for the facility
  • Providing high-level maintenance support across various facilities
  • Offering phone support to other locations as needed

Required Skills:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, bend, twist, and carry various items

  • Strong organizational and workload management skills
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Experience with warehouse machinery (e.g., conveyors, dock doors, HVAC systems)
