Key Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of maintenance work orders
- Conducting preventive maintenance and keeping accurate records
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues
- Managing inventory levels effectively
- Communicating efficiently with Operations Teams regarding work orders
- Identifying and addressing building maintenance needs proactively
- Performing plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintaining weekly supply inventory for the facility

Required Skills:
