About the Role:
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana is seeking a skilled Production Line Worker to join our team in Princeton, IN. As a Production Line Worker, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality vehicles, working closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including assembly, inspection, and quality control.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of new innovative solutions to support the future of mobility.

Requirements:
- 18 years old or older at time of application.
- Ability to comprehend written standardized work documents and perform basic math.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards.
- Flexible and willing to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment.
Work Schedule:
Shifts run Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts and overtime as needed. First shift hours are 6:30 am to 3:15 pm, and second shift hours are 7:15 pm to 4:00 am.
