We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to enhance our customers' outdoor adventures by providing insights, making recommendations, and connecting with them daily.

Your contributions will help us uphold our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction by processing transactions, promoting memberships, and showcasing REI products and services.

In addition to maintaining the store's aesthetic appeal, you will also assist in organizing merchandise on the sales floor.

Your expertise in REI products and services will keep you informed about the latest trends, allowing you to share valuable knowledge with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Keys to your success:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, memberships, and special ticket sales.

Collaborate with store management to uphold visual merchandising standards.

Participate in REI Sales & Service Training and advocate for REI products and services.

Support store pick-up operations, including receiving and processing inventory.

Adhere to REI's loss prevention and safety protocols.

Be prepared to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.
