Job OverviewWe are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team in Western Iowa. The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and be committed to excellence in their field.
Responsibilities- Admit and manage pediatric inpatients with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in pediatric cardiology, surgery, therapy, diabetic management, and neonatology
- Participate in 24-hour block scheduling, with in-house hours from 7 am to 5 pm and the option to call from home post-hospital hours
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A generous salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- A comprehensive benefits package, featuring health, dental, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match
