We're seeking friendly and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers at our local Ace Hardware store. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the products they need to complete their projects.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help customers find the products they need to complete their projects
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 25-30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
