As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of therapists and assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
• Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, ensuring adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement programs that promote positive patient outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
