- Assess and triage patients quickly and accurately, prioritizing care based on severity and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer life-saving treatments and interventions for trauma patients, including wound care, medication administration, and emergency resuscitation.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and positive patient outcomes.
- Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Provide patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all patients and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing. Required certifications include BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), ACLS & PALS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), and TNCC certification. A minimum of 1 year of Emergency Services nursing, AEMT, Paramedic or Military experience is preferred.
