Marketing Manager


SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville is a leading restoration company seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, managing the marketing team, and developing presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement annual marketing plans, including CE classes, lunch-and-learns, and budgeting


Identify revenue, collection, and activity goals, and establish targets for growth


Create marketing initiatives and budget, and develop an annual marketing plan


Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and developing sales and marketing staff


Requirements:


3-5 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with a proven track record of sales ability and growth


Effective oral and written communication skills


Experience in building a strong team with leadership skills


Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel


Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented office environment


Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience


Ability to successfully complete a background check
