  • Stimulating Activities: Engage clients in stimulating activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster open communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Documentation: Document care activities and report any changes in client condition promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. A genuine passion for helping others and a caring demeanor are essential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
  • Reliability and Certification: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) are also necessary.
