Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy in Brazil. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with our principles and practices.

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, with minimal supervision, to ensure high-quality occupational therapy services.
• Supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
• Develop relationships with referral sources, maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, and enhance client relations.
• Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

• Understand and adhere to the laws governing Occupational Therapist practice and supervision in Brazil.
• Develop objective patient goals and establish treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Responsible for patient care documentation and communication with referring physicians, staff, employers, and insurance carriers.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
