Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical services, including immunizations and medication therapy management, to patients.
  • Lead and motivate pharmacy teams to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, minimize shrink, and maximize customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance pharmacy initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and understand instructions and solve problems.
  • Numerical and financial aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Immunizing pharmacist certification.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy operations.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control.
