This position demands a high level of precision and manual dexterity, as all assembly work is performed by hand.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the hand assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) by adhering to comprehensive schematics and instructions.
  • Accurately solder components onto PCBs in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of assembled PCBs to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Detect and rectify any assembly discrepancies or defects.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Record assembly processes and keep precise documentation of completed tasks.
  • Provide assistance in training new team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in electronics is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hand assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Competence in soldering and utilizing hand tools for PCB assembly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions effectively.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00
