Key Responsibilities- Lead projects through the project management lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Assist the local leadership team in prioritizing projects, aligning with business objectives and company policies.
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Support other projects within the facility, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Gather, review, and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with operators to understand process challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Submit new project ideas focused on enhancing safety, quality, cost reduction, and delivery excellence.
- Become familiar with continuous improvement processes and apply them in everyday activities to drive business growth.
- Ensure self-compliance with company policies and plant procedures, maintaining high standards for safety, quality, food safety, sanitation, and GMPs.
- Work within safety rules and regulations to prevent injuries and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and support groups, fostering a participative management style that aligns with operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; currently working towards a 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
- Previous work experience preferred, but recent graduates may be considered.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is helpful.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
