About the Position:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented setting, working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care. They will have a strong desire to develop long-lasting relationships with patients and their families, displaying a professional skillset and a willingness to build ties with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a 36-hour patient contact and 4-hour administrative work schedule.
- Work a flexible schedule, including one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
- Practice hours: Monday to Friday, varying by day, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Average outpatient volume: 15-18 patients per day.
- Telehealth services offered.
- Onsite laboratory facilities.
- Strong mentorship from existing providers.
