Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Roundhouse Communities LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean apartments after move-outs and prepare them for new residents.
  • Ensure the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained daily.
  • Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with residents and vendors.
  • Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Climb stairs and ladders as needed.
