Role Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Dog Groomer to join our team. As a Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for performing all grooming-related duties to ensure that dogs are neat, clean, and looking their best.

Responsibilities:
  • Delight customers and pets with breed-specific cuts
  • Groom and style pets according to pet owners' instructions or standard grooming styles
  • Accommodate special requests that pet owners may have
  • Demat and detangle hair as required
  • Bathe, condition, and dry pets
  • Trim pets' nails and clean their ears
  • Recommend suitable products to pet owners
  • Identify possible health issues and inform the pet owner that they may need to be seen by a doctor
  • Ensure that all pets are safe during the grooming process
  • Routinely clean work areas
  • Ensure that grooming tools and equipment are in good working condition
Supplies:
  • We provide shampoos, conditioners, tables with clip leads, and other miscellaneous items. Groomers use and provide their own tools.
Compensation:
  • Commission-based 50%
Employee Benefits:

  • Part-Time (34 or less per week): Employee pet discounts
Schedule:
  • Flexible Scheduling, Groomers manage and set their own schedules/appointments during business hours: 7AM- 7PM daily, 7 days a week.

  • The ability to lift heavy pets and equipment (up to 50lbs)
