Job Summary

To provide qualified surgical assistance to ensure optimal patient outcomes, working in collaboration with the surgeon and OR Nurse. Essential responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and effective surgical assistance
  • Working interdependently with the surgeon and OR Nurse
  • Ensuring optimal patient care through knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative technique
  • Applying principles of asepsis and infection control
  • Performing other related duties as directed
