We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH.

Job Summary

The LNA will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), reporting changes in patient condition, and participating in care planning.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other ADLs
  • Report changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
