Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Research Clinical Research department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting research, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
- Conduct research studies, collect and analyze data, and present findings to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement research protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide patient education, support, and advocacy, and promote a culture of safety and quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Florida Registered Nurse License.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
