Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at CBD Kratom. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers, helping them find the best products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a consultative sales approach to customers, using our product knowledge training to guide them to the best products for their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers through genuine, relationship-based interactions.
- Use the CBD Kratom Selling Behaviors to engage with every customer and drive sales.
- Take pride in training and continuously learning, broadening your knowledge of all things cannabis and kratom.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and maintain store standards.
- You have a passion for interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You have retail sales experience and are knowledgeable about cannabis and kratom products.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
