Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop full-stack software applications using Microsoft technologies, including C#,.NET Framework or Core, ASP.NET MVC and/or WebForms, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Develop, support, and troubleshoot relational database systems, including Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Implement secure software development concepts and practices.
  • Work with front-end web technologies, including HTML5, Angular and/or React, Javascript, and CSS (Bootstrap, etc.).
  • Use version control methodologies, continuous integration, and software deployment tools.
  • Provide high-quality service to customers, partners, and coworkers.

Requirements
  • BS degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • 1-3 years of experience with full-stack, object-oriented programming at an advanced level with Microsoft technologies.
  • 1-3 years of experience with developing, supporting, and troubleshooting relational database systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience with secure software development concepts and practices.
  • 1-3 years of experience with front-end web technologies.
  • 1-3 years of experience with version control methodologies, continuous integration, and software deployment tools.
  • 1-3 years of experience providing high-quality service to customers, partners, and coworkers.
  • 1-3 years of experience leading small-to-medium projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience developing for cloud-based platforms, such as Microsoft Azure.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a higher education software development and support environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of secure software development.
  • Demonstrated software repository skills.
  • Demonstrated testing and test planning skills, including developing and executing unit tests.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team, motivated by providing high-quality service to customers, partners, and coworkers.
