Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Steubenville. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care and health education to our guests. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with a team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including medication administration and health education.
  • Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members.
  • Assess the health of guests and notify physicians of changes in status.
  • Implement new orders and provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
  • Contribute to the development of a plan of care and participate in the assessment process.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification required.
