Propane Delivery Driver

AmeriGas is seeking a skilled Delivery Representative to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely operating a propane delivery truck along designated routes, filling residential and commercial bulk tanks with propane, and delivering propane cylinders to industrial customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a propane delivery truck and navigate through various terrain and weather conditions.
  • Filling residential and commercial bulk tanks with propane, ensuring accurate measurements and timely delivery.
  • Delivering propane cylinders to industrial customers, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Performing daily functions in a safe manner, adhering to all federal and state codes, and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Consistently using required Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Working 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on fluctuating needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
