Key Responsibilities- Operate Blending Machines: Safely and efficiently operate blending machines to mix and blend ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
- Verify Ingredients: Verify the accuracy of ingredients and quantities received to ensure compliance with recipes and quality standards.
- Clean and Sanitize Equipment: Clean and sanitize blending machines, utensils, and work areas to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor Blending Process: Monitor the blending process to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform Scale Audits: Perform regular scale audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of production or related experience required.
- Skills: Knowledge of GMPs and food allergens, ability to work with pork, chicken, beef, and shellfish products, and ability to identify Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Competitive Pay: $20.35 per hour +.60 per hour attendance bonus.
