Staff Pharmacist

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build loyalty and repeat business by delivering exceptional patient care and service.
• Champion Thrifty White Programs: Promote and assist with enrolling patients in programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
• Lead Team by Example: Model, coach, and maintain high standards in patient service, leading to a positive and productive team environment.
• Optimize Workflow and Systems: Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Develop Long-Term Care Business: Identify and communicate opportunities with Marketers, and develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Dispense Medications and Provide Clinical Services: Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

• Frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
