Clinical Fellow Speech Language Therapist Opportunity in Willis TX

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Willis, TX.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship year in a supportive school-based environment. You will work under the mentorship of experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, providing speech and language therapy to students while gaining hands-on experience to fulfill your ASHA certification requirements.
About the Role- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to facilitate student progress.
- Document and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and insight on students' progress and needs.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility for Texas state licensure and Clinical Fellowship status.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to completing Clinical Fellowship requirements.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
