Job Title: Behavioral Therapist - Clinical Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients and supervising a team of behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of behavior technicians
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide ongoing support to clients and families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in ABA Therapy or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in behavioral therapy
  • BACB certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds and sit on the floor

Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary based on experience
