- Provide Feedback and Resolve Manufacturing Issues: You will work with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Program Teams: You will work with program teams to complete product launches on schedule, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution: You will regularly interact with customers to understand their quality-related issues and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Quality Control Plan Development: You will contribute to the development of quality control plans, ensuring that our products and services meet the required quality standards.
- Quality Assurance Process Design and Evaluation: You will design, install, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques to ensure that our products meet the required quality standards.
- Inspection and Testing Mechanisms: You will design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment to ensure that our products meet the required quality standards.
- Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures: You will recommend revisions to quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring that our products and services meet the required quality standards.
- Training and Quality Assurance: You will conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools, ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field: You must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Quality: You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in quality assurance or a related field.
- Manufacturing and Production Experience: You must have experience working with manufacturing and production processes and principles.
- Customer Interaction Experience: You must have experience working with internal and external customers.
- Microsoft Office Applications: You must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Statistical Analysis and Quality Assurance Skills: You must have statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
