We are seeking an exceptional Principal Analytical Chemist to lead our analytical research and development team in creating innovative manufacturing processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new analytical methods and procedures to improve manufacturing processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in analytical techniques.
- Doctoral degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
