Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning and quality control
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to provide estimates and updates
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $98,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
