Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Job Summary:

Aureus Medical Group is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a CT department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
