Job Overview: We are seeking a Child Development Specialist to join our team at Love X Wonders Learning Academy. This key role involves designing and delivering educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children. Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement curriculum-based programs that align with state standards
  • Create a secure and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through regular communication and updates
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluations

Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 per year

Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Pass a thorough background check
