Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing strong assessment and prioritization skills.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- Two (2) years of critical care experience, with a strong background in ACLS/BLS certification.
- Excellent assessment and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current ACLS/BLS certification.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, with a strong understanding of critical care principles.
