About the RoleAs an Advanced Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment.
- Work collaboratively with medical staff to develop effective treatment plans and ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and stay current with industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (RRT credential required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care settings, preferably in a NICU or adult ICU.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems.
