Substitutes & Floaters

LOCATION:
Childcare Centers in Downtown Miami

Work Schedule:
Daytime hours, available any weekday from Monday to Friday, with options for full-time or part-time work as required.

Compensation:
$15.35 per hour (as of 8/01)

Qualifications:
This role necessitates candidates to possess DCF 45 Childcare hours. Additional credentials will be required for transition to a permanent position.

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  1. Designing and executing individualized, developmentally suitable, and nurturing care for children in a center-based environment.

  4. Fostering the relationship between parents and their children by promoting parental involvement.
  5. Supervising and assisting with classroom cleanliness while adhering to universal safety protocols.

  7. Upholding program standards concerning confidentiality and professional boundaries.
