Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers, ensuring that all processes run reliably and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency">
• Plan and organize production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements">
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met at all times">
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs">
• Liaise with different departments, e.g., suppliers, managers, to ensure smooth operations">
• Oversee the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment">
• Identify training needs and ensure proper training is provided to the workforce">
• Prepare and present performance reports to the senior management team">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment">
• Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of implementing successful improvement initiatives">
• A strong understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods">
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively">
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure">
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal">
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and production-related software">
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in a manufacturing environment">
• A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent is preferred">
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment">
