X-Ray Technologist Position in a Dynamic Healthcare Setting

We are seeking a skilled X-ray technologist to join our team at ChenMed, a leading healthcare provider. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiographic exams, ordered by physicians, that are technically satisfactory, properly positioned and processed adequately. They will also be expected to maintain supplies, equipment, and practices OSHA safety standards, while ensuring accurate, legal and ethical documentation at all times.
This role requires excellent oral written and communication skills, empathy towards patients, and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members. The ideal candidate should have a mindset focused on solving problems for patients and achieving team goals, with knowledge of medical products, services, standards, policies and procedures.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to act calmly in busy or stressful situations. They will also be able to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow.
Requirements- Graduate from an accredited program for Radiological Technology or Basic X-Ray Machine Operator required
- Minimum 1 year x-ray technologist work experience in a healthcare environment required; 2 years preferred
- Licensed and/or certified if required by state regulations
- EMR system experience preferred

Compensation PackageThe salary for this position is $60,000 per year, plus additional benefits, including medical benefits, holiday pay, dental benefits, life insurance, 401k retirement plan, wellness and fitness programs, mileage reimbursement, and more.
