Neurologist Opportunity at UTHealth Houston

UTHealth Houston is seeking a full-time Neurologist to join our neurology community program within the Department of Neurosurgery. This position will provide outpatient service at our clinic at the Memorial City campus, where other UTHealth Houston neurosurgeons, neurologists, and pain specialists practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and manage a range of neurological conditions by accessing patient's medical history and performing routine examinations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff to provide comprehensive and optimal patient care.
  • Set diagnoses and offer treatments and appropriate health advice based on evidence-based medicine.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited neurology residency program.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
  • Texas medical license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Subspecialty Interest: Training and/or expertise in Neurophysiology/Neuromuscular diseases is desirable but not necessary.
