Healthcare Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Credentialing Liason to join our Medical Staff Office team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative workload during our hospital's re-credentialing process.
Responsibilities:
- Electronically scan and upload credentialing documents (e.g., diplomas, board certifications, licenses, certificates of insurance, claims history, COIs)
- File and organize paperwork efficiently
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to streamline processes
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working 5 days a week onsite
- Must have knowledge or understanding of HR/Credentialing documents
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer and technology skills in order to scan and upload documents
Compensation and Benefits:
$20-25/hour, with benefit packages starting on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
