Drafting Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Technician to join our team at Blew & Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys in design software, executing deed research and deed plotting, and communicating with team members and supervisors.

• Survey Preparation: Prepare boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys in design software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deed Research and Plotting: Execute deed research and deed plotting, utilizing technical skills to ensure precise results.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates and insights on project progress.
• Project Submittals: Provide complete and accurate project submittals/surveys for project completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

• Technical Skills: Experience with Carlson Software and AutoCAD is a plus, with strong technical, mathematically inclined problem-solving skills.
• Computer and Communication Skills: Possess strong computer and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Driven and High Caliber Working Style: Demonstrate a driven and high-caliber working style, with a passion for being part of an A-team.
• Project Experience: Previous project experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of survey preparation and deed research.
