Job Title: Host or Hostess

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host or Hostess to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage. As a Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party
  • Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and providing a clean menu
  • Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 to $19.00
