We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team at AdventHealth Central Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain hard surface floors and carpets through dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
  • Conduct project cleaning of walls, lights, entrances, common areas, windows, vents, sidewalks, and other public areas as assigned.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures set by the facility and the department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Basic computer skills and use of mouse and keyboard.
  • One year of floor care or custodial experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of floor care maintenance processes preferred.
  • Ability to climb and work on a ladder.
