Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team at Techtronic Industries North America. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by performing audits on received materials and inspecting orders ready to ship to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits on boxes or pallets received in the quality areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Inspect and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of orders ready to ship to our customers.
  • Verify order information and work instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter audit information into the RF scanner and follow audit instructions to perform a successful audit.
  • Assist in other areas of the cell as needed, such as hot picking.
  • Practice 5S and Safety principles to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the integrity of quality data by paying attention to details.
  • Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed to assist in overall goals.
Requirements
  • High School or GED diploma required.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic math and computer skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to perform work per instructions and within reasonable time.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a manufacturing plant environment, which involves:

  • Standing for long periods of time while performing audits.
  • Lifting 40 pounds and frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
  • Operating a manual pallet jack.
