SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Team Supervisor with retail expertise and a commitment to fostering a long-term career in pet care. About the Role: This position involves working across multiple locations, with the primary focus on delivering exceptional service in our stores. Training will take place at one of our facilities, and you will gain valuable experience in all our locations.

About Woodlands Pet Food & Treats: We are a new establishment dedicated to providing high-quality nutrition and premium supplies for pets. Our mission revolves around ensuring the well-being of pets and enriching their lives through superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Delivering insightful customer service and expert advice.
  • Managing opening and closing procedures.
  • Handling retail transactions accurately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the pet wash area.
  • Receiving and organizing inventory deliveries.
  • Assisting customers with their purchases.
  • Ensuring the store remains tidy and organized.

Team Supervisor Duties:

  • All the responsibilities listed above, plus:
  • Opening and closing the store as scheduled.
  • Providing clear guidance and support to team members.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Executing daily operational procedures.
  • Managing financial transactions and deposits.
  • Ensuring timely stocking of products upon delivery.
  • Continuously seeking knowledge about pet care to share with the team.
