Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by serving ice cream with a friendly attitude and a smile
  • Meet daily job expectations such as cleanliness, portion control, service standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare ice cream toppings and other menu items with guidance from our experienced team members
  • Accurately describe all product details and menu items to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Must be 16 or older
  • Possess a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic
