About the Job: Christensen Farms is seeking an experienced Feed Mill Plant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our feed mill, including production, maintenance, and quality control.

You will work closely with our Feed Mill Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance programs, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing ingredient inventory, maintaining formula files, and submitting samples to the lab for analysis.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in agriculture, science, or business, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in feed delivery operations or related areas. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential, as well as a strong mechanical understanding of task-specific equipment. Estimated salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year.
